Camp Freddy

Featuring Billy Morrison and Manager Scott Patterson.
Camp Freddy, headed up by Billy Morrison (The Cult/Circus Diablo), Dave Navarro (Janes Addiction/The Panic Channel), Matt Sorum (Guns N Roses/Velvet Revolver), Donovan Leitch (son of legendary folk singer Donovan), and Chris Chaney (Janes Addiction/Alanis Morrisette), was created for the sole purpose of having a good time. These established musicians came together four years ago to play the greatest rock and roll songs in their own beautifully chaotic way.
The name Camp Freddy was derived from a character in the classic Michael Caine movie, The Italian Job. Each Camp Freddy show features guest appearances by well-known musicians including Moby, Macy Gray, Slash, Kid Rock, Melissa Ethridge, Gave Rossdale, Steven Tyler and many more.
The group hosts a show on L.A.’s radio station INDIE 103.1 FM every Saturday night from 6 to 8pm PT. The show was nominated for Best Radio Show by the LA Weekly in 2005, and Camp Freddy radio is an extension of the bands live performances with drop-in guests, live on-air calls, and a great selection of music.
