Toya is a typical 10-year old kid whose favorite pastime is jumping rope with her friends. A few years ago, Toya was diagnosed with cancer and requires continuous check-ups and care. Toya's parents both work full-time but still do not make enough to afford medical insurance or pay her mounting medical bills. The financial strain they are under is devastating.
